The Prosperity Network Ltd was created in 2009 to bring events, business support, training and project management services to small and medium businesses in East Kent.

Keith and Stephanie also run thebestof Deal, Dover and Sandwich and Stephanie created Action Women! Network with Stephanie Karpetas in 2011. The Prosperity Network builds on this success and aims to use the power of networking and partnerships to create increased prosperity in our local business and wider community.

Stephanie Hayman has been Co-Director of thebestof Dover, Deal and Sandwich since its inception in 2006. As well as championing local, independent business, Stephanie is also a strong supporter of Social Enterprise - companies which trade for good and plough their profits back into the community. Stephanie founded and now Chairs one such social enterprise, Whole School Meals Ltd.

Keith Morrison joined The Prosperity Network Ltd and became Co-Director of thebestof Dover, Deal and Sandwich in 2011. Keith also owns Ascenda Strategy and Marketing which he created in 2006 after a career in senior posts in both the public and private sectors specialising in tourism and economic development strategy and marketing. He has an MBA in international business and his approach is to help businesses to think big and grow big.
